No Refund Policy

All fees paid to Blackserver are final and non-refundable. This includes shared cPanel hosting, VPS plans, dedicated servers, domain registrations and transfers, SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, licensing add-ons (cPanel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, Imunify), backups, migrations and any one-time setup fees. Once payment is received, no refunds — full or partial — will be issued.

Why we don't offer refunds

• Server resources (CPU, RAM, storage, IPs) are reserved and provisioned to your account immediately on payment and cannot be resold.
• Third-party licences (cPanel, LiteSpeed, control panels) are billed to us per account and are non-recoverable once activated.
• Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are final at the registry level and cannot be reversed by us.

Cancellation

You may cancel any service at any time from your dashboard to stop future renewals. Your paid term will continue to run until its end date and no pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused period. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Service credits

Downtime that qualifies under our SLA is compensated with service credits applied to your next invoice. Credits are not redeemable for cash and do not represent a refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact support@blackserver.in before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost every dispute within 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without contacting us, or fraudulent chargebacks, will result in immediate account termination and referral to collections.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. To make such a claim, email legal@blackserver.in with your invoice number and the legal basis for the request.
